Congratulations to Monica Stevenson for receiving the Red Vest Accessible designation in July 2024.
As the proprietor of several rental properties in the Tryon, NC area, Monica has demonstrated a commitment to learning the rights and responsibilities of people with Service Dogs and of the business itself in relation to these working Service Dog teams. This has included taking part in several conversations and workshops with NEADS and working to ensure she clearly understands the rights and responsibilities of people with Service Dogs as well as her own rights as a rental property proprietor.
