Congratulations to the TD Garden for receiving the Red Vest Accessible designation in December 2024.

The organization has demonstrated a commitment to learning the rights and responsibilities of people with Service Dogs and of the business itself in relation to these working Service Dog teams. This has included arranging two staff educational workshops with NEADS at the Garden and working with NEADS to ensure the organization clearly understands the rights and responsibilities of both people with Service Dogs and the TD Garden.

“At TD Garden, we take pride in being a world-class venue that strives to be inclusive and welcoming to all,” said Tim Townsell, senior vice president of business operations for TD Garden. “Achieving the NEADS Red Vest designation is a testament to our commitment to accessibility and reinforces our dedication to upholding the highest standards of hospitality and inclusivity.”
